Hi, I’m Madison (she/her), LAMFT in Pennsylvania.

“You may have grown up playing roles you never chose…caretaker, peacemaker, or overachiever, to name a few. They helped you survive, but they aren’t your identity. Now, as a young adult, you can untangle those old expectations and reconnect with the truest version of yourself. Support, understanding, and lasting change are within reach!”

Many of the young adults Madison works with describe childhoods that left very little space for their own needs. She specializes in helping young adults gently untangle these internalized patterns and reconnect with the parts of themselves that were overshadowed by survival roles.

Madison is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in child and family therapy, as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), two of the most respected, evidence-based approaches for deep relational and emotional healing.

She developed expertise in parts work through the IFS Online Circle, integrating this approach to help clients better understand and care for the many layers of their inner experience.

In addition to her work with young adults, Madison is a couples therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program, where she trained directly under two certified EFT supervisors. This rare level of mentorship provided hands-on experience in helping couples transform cycles of conflict into patterns of trust, empathy, and connection.

Madison completed a four-semester clinical internship and went on to finish the full EFT Externship and Core Skills 1–4 training sequence. As a Hold Me Tight® group facilitator, she has guided couples in bringing the tools of therapy to life, turning insight into real-world moments of safety and closeness.

Card Club

  • We offer a sliding scale fee and community sponsorship that will be discussed in your free consultation.

  • All are welcome! You do not need to be a tarot reader. You do not need to be “spiritual.” You do not need to have it all together.

Tarot acts as a mirror to what our systems are holding onto, longing for, needing, and putting out into the world. The cards offer a safe distance, enough space to reflect without being overwhelmed.

    The cards help us:

    • Externalize our feelings

    • Reduce shame

    • Build self-trust

    • Reclaim intuition

    • Remember our resilience

  • Each session will be different due to the drop-in nature of the group.
