Mariah Gallagher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Columbia University and an Advanced Therapy Certificate from New York University (NYU). She brings a deeply attuned, trauma-informed approach to her work, integrating advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the Trauma Specialists Training Institute, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Mariah is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and is known for helping individuals and couples rebuild safety, self-trust, and connection after relational trauma.

Mariah is currently training under Dr. Ramani Durvasula (widely recognized as a leading expert on narcissism) to become a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), a specialization supporting individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse and complex relationship dynamics.
